Danville: Main Street from 5:30 - 7pm, residential from 6 - 8pm
Frankfort: 6 - 8pm
Georgetown: 6 - 8pm
Lexington: 6 - 8pm
Nicholasville: 6 - 8pm
Paris: 6 - 8pm
Richmond: Trick or Treat and Halloween Hoedown, 6 - 8pm
Versailles: 6 - 8pm
Winchester: Trick or Treat and Halloween Main-ia, 6 - 8pm
October 31st:
Berea: 6 - 8pm
