Eric is a Broker Associate with Milestone Realty Consultants and has been licensed in the Kentucky Real Estate community since 1996. Eric is a Kentucky native, and finds living in Kentucky to be special for the high quality of life that can be enjoyed here. An enthusiast of Thoroughbred Racing, USTA Tennis, Golf and Hunting. Eric has great knowledgeable insights of the history and farms in the Bluegrass. He has been a “Top Producer” and a member of the Million Dollar Club. Eric became a Kentucky Real Estate Broker in 1998 and has held his license in both Kentucky and West Virginia. Other valuable services in Real Estate transactions provided by Eric is in the assistance of 1031 Exchanges, Oil/Gas development, the acquisition of Mineral Rights, Commercial Property transactions, and consultation of Estate Liquidations. He is a Certified New Homes specialist and has guided many families into newly constructed homes. Eric is a graduate of both the University of Kentucky and Regis University. Married for 28 years to Medina Jewell McAnallen a Pharmaceutical Representative of Merck for 24 years. They have 2 daughters, Jules Catherine McAnallen, a recent graduate of Western Kentucky University 2015 and Victoria Ann McAnallen who is currently a Junior at the University of South Carolina School of Visual Communications. Eric’s family ties reach far across Kentucky from Pikeville to Princeton.
