Central Baptist Hospital’s 28th annual 5k race A Midsummer Night’s Run will be held this Saturday, August 11th in downtown Lexington.

This popular event, which drew over 5,000 people last year, is broken down into three sections.  A One-Mile Fun Walk/Run will kick off the evening’s festivities at 6:00 pm. Next, the ever-popular Fastest Kid in Town competition will begin at 6:35 pm. This event is a series of sprints for children ages 1-12 and has been a favorite among spectators. The main race will begin at 8:30 pm.

To join in on this fun event, you can register online until Friday, August 10th at 12:00 pm or at the downtown Hilton starting at 12:00 pm on race day.
